Hat - not sure, silver chocker necklace - Topshop, sheer asymmetrical shirt - Punkyfish - high-waisted shorts - H&M, socks - Primark, shoes - China, red lip - Sleek pout paint |
I put this outfit together mainly because of the shoes. I bought these double-soled platform converse-lookalike shoes in China last year and they are probably my most neglected shoes, as I never seem to wear them out. This is because I'm not into the whole "sporty" sort of look as it's not really my style. However, I do remember the first time I ever wore them. It was to quite a big house party, and I pretty much spent the entire night in a garden, so needless to say, they were super muddy by the end, but I prefer the worn look. How some people can retain their trainers white than a black man's smile will always remain a mystery to me.
I would just like to add, I love the necklace above, as it reminds me of a dog collar when I wear it with a black shirt, which reminds me of the Vicar of Dibley. That in turn reminds me of Jessie J, who has the shiniest hair in history, looks like one of my close friends and is a crazy lady, like me.
I kind of went off on a tangent on a few points as I'm in a weird mood, but I hope you enjoyed this post,
Tah,
Rebecca x
P.S. FUN FACT OF THE DAY NUMBER 1: I bet you didn't realise that even though my trainers are American flag design, but with reverse colours - the stripes are blue and stars are red when it should be the other way round.
P.P.S. FUN FACT OF THE DAY NUMBER 2: This is first post I have ever done where I have written it in advance and scheduled it to go live, as I have decided to stop being lazy, and start posting regularly! I am actually in London today, but because I love you guys so much, I have prepared this post in advanced. I suppose that makes me a "proper" blogger now? Yipee!
P.P.S. POST EDIT - turns out it didn't actually work, so I'm posting it again now, when I've come home from London.
Love the hat :) and your editing! x
